Most recently, as Head of Finance at AMEX Healthcare - the leading supplier of healthcare equipment and products to the UN - he led the finance function through significant market disruption, delivering materially stronger gross margins through discipline and financial transparency. Marcell oversees our financial operations and helps us further build an institutional-grade fund platform at APEX Ventures. He works closely with our Limited Partners while bringing rigour and strategic clarity to our deep tech portfolio. Drawing on his operational experience across companies with revenues ranging from €500K to €200M, he is also a valuable partner to our portfolio founders.
