This website is hosted on the Framer platform operated by Framer B.V., Keizersgracht 585, 1017 DR Amsterdam, Netherlands. When you visit the site, Framer processes technically necessary data – including your IP address, browser type, time of access and the page requested – in order to deliver the content and maintain the security and stability of the website.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Framer. To the extent any data is transferred outside the EEA as part of the hosting infrastructure, Framer relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry). The data is deleted once your request has been handled, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Embedded content on the "Insights" page (Substack)
On our "Insights" page, content from the publishing service Substack, operated by Substack Inc., 548 Market St PMB 72296, San Francisco, CA 94104-5401, USA, is loaded directly from Substack's servers. When you open that page, your IP address and certain browser information are transmitted to Substack, and Substack may set its own cookies. We have no control over the data Substack collects or how it is used.
This involves a transfer of personal data to the United States. According to its public documentation, Substack relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and certifications under the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework as safeguards for such transfers.
